Prices are competitive and based on what you need, where you are and how often you’d like help. Most work is charged by the hour, but for bigger jobs I’ll give a simple, upfront quote. There are no hidden fees and we’ll always agree everything before I get started.

Yes, I have full Public Liability Insurance which covers accidental damage and gives peace of mind for both of us. I’m also DBS checked, so you can feel completely confident about having me in your home.
Not necessarily. Lots of people like to be in at first, then feel happy to leave me a key once we’ve built a bit of trust. I’m fully insured and always treat your home with care and respect.
Yes, I bring everything I need with me for standard cleaning. For specialist jobs like carpet or oven cleaning, I recommend using a dedicated professional, but I’m happy to advise if you’re not sure.
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash, whichever you prefer. I can provide receipts or invoices if you need them.
