A few kind words

It means a lot to know I’ve made a difference. Here’s a lovely message from someone I’ve recently helped at home.

I can’t recommend Sabrina highly enough. Finding someone you can trust to come into your home and do a consistently great job is not easy, but Sabrina has completely taken the stress out of having a cleaner.

She is reliable, arrives on time and brings a lovely, friendly energy with her every visit. I never have to chase or double-check anything. She just gets on with things and always goes above and beyond.

Sabrina works incredibly hard and is thorough with every task. She leaves the house looking and feeling fresh, tidy, and calm—it’s such a joy to come home after she’s been.

If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, professional and genuinely cares about the quality of her work, Sabrina is the person you want. I’m so glad I found her!

Katie Beaumont, Alveley, June 2025

If you are looking for a company who is reliable and treats your pet like their own then look no further.

I am very nervous about leaving my reactive dog with anyone but family, however Extra Hands at Home was so understanding and took extra care when meeting Dylan, listening to my instructions. Plus Dylan loved her. I have no problems recommending them. I will be using them again – They are Dylan approved.

I can’t recommend Extra Hands at Home enough! Bree was an absolute lifesaver stepping in to look after my dog when my plans had to change at the last minute. She has such a genuine connection with my 4-legged friend, even the mention of her name gets tails wagging!

You should book Bree with confidence. The care she takes in her work is clearly evident, and she has created such a genuine and authentic connection with my dog that I don’t ever have to worry if im called away again.

Thank you Bree!

I can’t recommend Sabrina enough when it comes down to those tasks you sometimes just don’t have time to do. As a new first time mum, the housework and gardening has been one of the last things on my mind in recent months and when before the weekend was left to complete chores, now I want to spend time with my family.

Having someone reliable, trustworthy, friendly and hard working is not easy to find, but Sabrina has ticked every box for us. Every time she visits I’ve been over the moon with how clean and tidy the house is – she goes through every room thoroughly and my home feels spotless and fresh for the week ahead when she’s left. Nothing feels like too much to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sabrina and her services to friends and family.

Questions about our dog walking service

Every dog is different, so it’s no surprise people have questions about how our walks work. Here are some of the things we’re asked most often. If you have something particular in mind, we’re happy to chat it through.

What areas do you cover?2025-07-31T08:38:30+01:00

We offer dog walking services in Alveley and the surrounding areas, including Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Kinver, Claverley, and many places in between. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

Do you offer a meet and greet?2025-07-30T06:40:48+01:00

Yes – we’ll always arrange a meet and greet before starting, to get to know you and your dog. It helps build trust and makes for a smoother first walk.

Are you insured?2025-07-30T06:40:58+01:00

Yes – we’re fully insured for dog walking and pet care.

Do you offer regular and one-off walks?2025-07-30T06:41:34+01:00

We do both. Whether you need a weekly walking routine or just help during a busy day, we’re here for you.

How long are your walks?2025-07-30T06:41:42+01:00

Walks are typically 30 minutes, but we’re happy to extend to an hour if your dog needs more exercise or stimulation.

Where will you walk my dog?2025-07-30T06:42:03+01:00

Usually from your home – we can stick to familiar local routes or mix things up with a new adventure, depending on your dog’s needs and preferences.

Do you walk more than one dog at a time?2025-07-30T06:42:19+01:00

Yes, we do small group walks (no more than three dogs) and always consider compatibility and temperament. We want your dog to enjoy the walk and feel safe.

Do you charge extra for an additional dog?2025-07-30T06:42:39+01:00

Yes, there is a small extra fee per additional dog. Let’s have a chat about your setup and we’ll provide a clear quote.

Do you let dogs off the lead?2025-07-30T06:42:55+01:00

Only in secure, enclosed spaces – and only with your permission. Your dog’s safety is our top priority.

What happens after the walk?2025-07-30T06:43:13+01:00

We’ll bring your dog home, wipe muddy paws, towel them off if it’s wet, and refresh their water bowl. You’ll return to a happy, well-exercised pup.
