Questions about our pet sitting service
Every pet is different, so it’s no surprise people have questions about how our home visits work. Here are some of the things we’re asked most often. If you have something particular in mind, we’re happy to chat it through.
We care for a wide range of animals including cats, dogs, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, fish, hamsters, and rats. If you have a different pet, we’re always open to chatting – just ask!
Yes – we always meet with you and your dog in advance. For smaller animals, a quick chat is usually enough unless you’d prefer a visit.
Most visits last around 30 minutes. For dogs who need playtime or a bit of company, we can stay longer. We’ll tailor visits to what’s best for your pet.
Yes – we’re happy to send photos and updates so you know your pets are happy and well cared for.
It depends on the type of medication and how it’s administered. We’re happy to discuss your pet’s needs and see what we can do.
No – our pricing is based on our time, not the number of pets. If extra care is needed, we’ll chat through your requirements and agree what works.
